NEWS: Part of Global Faculty Collaboration with Integral Leadership Dynamics: Inspire, Lead, Deliver

𝐀𝐭 𝐈𝐋𝐃, 𝐰𝐞 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐧𝐞𝐫 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐛𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐝𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐛𝐞𝐬𝐭.

This week, we brought together seven 𝗜𝗟𝗗 𝗳𝗮𝗰𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘆 𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘀 from across the world 🌍 for a collaborative session, and it offered a small glimpse of the expertise that underpins our programmes.

We mapped the leadership themes we are seeing most consistently across sectors and regions. 🔍 These included resilience and wellbeing, conflict and pivotal conversations, systems thinking, and the evolving demands of influence and executive presence.

The session also strengthened our 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗿𝗱𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗲𝘅𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲, surfaced what is working across contexts, and identified opportunities to deepen consistency and impact across our programmes.

Through stronger partnerships 🤝 and deeper insights💡, we achieve 𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗰𝘁 for our partners.
